So totally agree. Also, with babies, it is a stroll in the park. With big kids, it is a crazy marathon between school, snacking, swim lessons, snacking, soccer, snacking………… and the list goes on.
Also, babies and big kids don’t listen, but no one expects babies to listen. Therefore when they don’t listen, you don’t want to wring their necks. Unlike big kids.
The big kids are SLOW walkers. Drives me crazy. Mine can remember to go to the bathroom, but flushing? And probably wiping? Not so much.

I’ll keep this in mind, so that when I have children, I’ll return them once they hit that age.
